Support for WSJT-X

This file allows you to view past logs in JTDX and WSKT-X.
3) Logging software as a new featureTurbo HAMLOG, Logger32.I set it to send data to.
4) Refer to dxcc_list.db and send the country name to the adi file, Turbo HAMLOG and Logger32.
5) Refer to iots_list.db and record the IOTA No. in the ADI file and Logger32 (currently in trial operation).
