We made the power feed and center post for Hexbeam.
The blueprints arehttps://www.hex-beam.com/center-post-2/I used what I had in

1" (OD=1.3") pipe
38 inches 96.52 cm
16.5 inches 41.91 cm
4 inches 10.16 cm
4 1/2 in. 11.43 cm
It's a water pipe, and over here it's called a blue pipe.
Marking and drilling holes
Drilling of 12 holes for 6 bands completed
Holes are drilled at a 90-degree angle because it is impossible to insert bolts if holes are drilled in a 180-degree arrangement.
Installation of stainless steel bolts 6 mm in diameter and 20 mm in length
The information said to use hard wire, but I couldn't get it.
So it is temporarily attached to the end of a wooden stick with vinyl tape
After temporarily fixing the bolt, pull the stick and the tape will come off.
Coaxial cable in the power feed
It was recommended to use RG8X, but Ozamiz could not get it, so I used RG8.
It was difficult to process the thick and hard RG8 coaxial, but we were able to finish processing and installing 5 terminals.
The desk top looks awesome!
Completion of center post
Liquid Electrical Tape

It is instructed to apply Liquid Electrical Tape to prevent deterioration of the coaxial characteristics due to moisture
I went to three electrical supply stores in Ozamiz, but they did not carry it, so I ordered it through mail order in the Philippines.
