| Temporary licenses in the Philippines must be renewed annually. I visited the NTC in Cagayan de Oro last year to renew my license for 3 years. I paid the renewal fee, so this year I just need to complete the process via email. When I emailed him, he sent me the form "NTC 1-03". I filled out NTC Form 1-03 and sent a copy of my old license and two photos by courier.
