This is the box I bought from Shopee.
I tried installing the LCD screen, but it doesn't look very good.
This is the repeater analog circuit board that I first ordered from JLCPCB on February 2nd.
However, the item was delivered without a pattern.
It was a regrettable ordering mistake.
This is my second order to JLCPCB.
The left side is the repeater analog mixer board.
The right side is the CPU ATMEGA2560 board.
The ATMEGA256 is so large that it required two circuit boards.
This is my third order for circuit boards from JLCPCB.
I changed the CPU from ATMEGA2560 to ESP32-S3 and mounted the analog mixer and ESP32-S3 on a single circuit board.
It all fit on a 130mm x 100mm circuit board.
This is a double-sided circuit board.
However, the ESP32-S3 was 2.54mm narrower.
The mistake was that I found and downloaded the KiCAD footprint for the ESP32-S3 from the internet and used it as is.
For now, I'm testing by using jumper wires to run seven wires on one side in aerial wiring.
The ESP32-S3 is working smoothly, and both the CWID and Voice ID are normal.
We will conduct a few more tests.
