| We experienced malfunctions such as the inability to receive UHF signals
for the downlink on the satellite antenna, and the needle on the elevation rotator jumping. I asked Rosmar to remove the antenna on Friday evening and the elevation rotator on Sunday.  |

| The reason it couldn't receive signals was that the SMA connector was broken. You shouldn't use SMA connectors outdoors, especially on moving parts.  |

| The photo I saw when purchasing showed the LMR200 with N-type connectors on both ends. One of them had an SMA connector with an N-type conversion connector attached.  |

| I ordered two female N-type connectors from Shopee. I ordered it on May 10th and it was delivered on May 15th. It was fast, as normal delivery takes about 10 days. Both VHF and UHF SMA connectors were replaced with N-type connectors.  |

| The Kenpro KR-500 elevation rotator was delivered to me on Sunday. October 17, 2025.I just replaced the potentiometer, but, as expected of a Chinese-made product, it's already broken.  |

| The windings in the low-angle section are rough, causing the meter needle to fluctuate. I ordered another potentiometer from Shopee. It will probably take about 10 days.  |
