| This year I renewed my temporary amateur radio license. Last November, the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) Cagayan I sent the application documents for renewal, but it's now February and I haven't heard anything yet. I've emailed them three times and still haven't received a response  |

| So I called NTC Cagayan (088-858-4800) and asked them to hurry up. Within an hour, I received 'Temporary Permit' as a PDF file.   |
