JI1FGX/DU9Purchased 220V 50KVA generator(2011/06/06)
Purchased 220V 50KVA generator
560,000 pesos (1,120,000 yen)
We have been comparing and contrasting for almost a year.
Denyo 18 KVA generator for 1,260,000 yen, not including taxes on import from Singapore and costs from receiving at Cebu port.
You can buy 30KVA made in China for as little as 500,000 yen, but again, customs and shipping costs are extra.

In the midst of all this, I happened to see a generator from this company, FIL GENERATORS, in a large chain pizza shop in the city.
They're importing and selling American-made engines combined with dynamos in China.
I decided to buy it because they have a branch in Ozamiz and they offer repair services.
Inside the generator

According to the contract.
Brand New 50KVA 220V Electrict Generator Silent Type
Single Phase 220V 60Hz
1800rpm 12Lead Re-connectable
Poweed by CUMMINS Diesel Engine Model 4BT3.9G1
It took about 4 hours to install the 24V battery charger and wire the remote starter!
Of course, crimp terminals and tools are also available for loan at this time.
Finish quality is only Japanese quality
plastic container (e.g. gas can, water can or similar)For 4Holds 18 fuel and can generate electricity for about 10 hours
Control box for homemade generator again.
The box just contains a small 12V transformer, a relay and a buzzer.
The red button on the right stops the buzzer to indicate that commercial power has been restored.
The switch in the middle is a newly installed switch that remotely starts and stops the generator.
When the switch is turned ON, the engine starts immediately, and when the switch is turned OFF, the engine stops automatically after 1 minute.

On the left is a switch that prevents the buzzer from sounding in the event of a power outage in the middle of the night
Switch between generator and commercial power supply
The green neon lamp on the left is the neon lamp that says the generator I added is running
If this light is off after a remote start, it means that the start failed or you ran out of fuel.
