CQ'd on 21.175 MHz for an hour and a half starting at 3:00 UTC. We were able to communicate with 36 stations.
Gigi also speaks in a few words of Japanese, and many Japanese people speak to me entirely in Japanese, so I am having a bit of trouble understanding them. But I am cheerfully dealing with that as well, saying that studying Japanese is a good thing.

It's still a rubber stamp QSO, but please tolerate it there. He does not like only signal reports, and has stated that he would like to talk to us as much as possible.
A 500W linear amplifier will arrive in the next 15 days or so, so we should be able to get a slightly stronger signal.
By the way, Gigi took the Class B exam. We are waiting for the result.
