Amateur radio examinations were held at the DICIT (Dipolog Institute College Information Technology) School in Dipolog.
Same location as last year.
Gigi is also retaking the test after last year.
About 250 people took the test.
The NTC examiner arrived about two hours late, so business business during that time.
