JI1FGX/DU9 Mindanao Diary Business(2009/04/11)
I started a small business here.

Worked bringing in used radios and computers from Japan and selling them to local people.
Of course, we have already negotiated with the exclusive distributor in Manila of the main Japanese radio manufacturer to deal directly with them.

The store is also named after our dog, Lily.

Lily Electric Appliance Supplier
Mialen Clarin Misamis Occidental Philippines
Dealing: Transceiver, Computer, Measuring Instruments and IT Parts
Service: IT Item Repair, Computer System & Software Development

We are a non-store business, but we don't advertise, and yet we have customers coming in every day, to the point where we are running out of stock.
The main customers are the police and military, city hall and barangays (like town halls), schools, churches, and the general public.

Of course, we have a legitimate business permit and NTC (like the Radio Control Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications) permission.

You will not be fined by the police for doing business illegally, which is a common mistake made by Japanese people in the Philippines.
After all, our main customers are public agencies.

You'll also have to pay taxes on your sales.
