| February 05, 2025.,February 23, 2025.and.February 28, 2025.I wrote about this in my diary. The power FET C2M0160120 in the Samway DXV500ZS repair was broken and could not be repaired.  |

| I was hesitant to buy them from Samway because it would cost about 10,000 yen for 6 pieces. C2M0160120 was about 1,322 pesos (3,500 yen) on Shopee, a Philippine online store. I was worried that it might be a copy, but I decided to order it anyway.  |

| Shipped from China and arrived in 11 days. If you send it from Japan using the post office's EMS, it will take about a month, so Shopee is the fastest.  |

| This is the power FET C2M0160120 that arrived. It has the CREE logo and they also stocked the lot. However, I am concerned that the print is clearer than the original.  |
||
I used a solder sucker to remove the solder from the through holes and installed the FET C2M0160120. |
||
Repair completed. |
||
The repairs are now complete after five months. |
