Satellite QSO via RS-44 (2026/08/23)
I'm making daily satellite QSOs using SatBox, which is in the final stages of development.
As of August 1st to August 23rd174 stations.We have been able to make a QSO.

This RS-44 is a linear satellite communication method using SSB or CW.
Today, there were three passes from the morning, and Japan was visible.
However, no matter how much I called CQ over the two days of the weekend, I received no response from Japan.
My downlink signal is coming through strongly, so it should be reaching Japan.

I finally managed to make contact with two stations in Japan during the last RS-44 pass tonight (13:07-13:19 GMT).
4I1QKF,JK2VOC, JR4DHK.,BG6HVT,BH6RJG,BG5CZD.

Indonesia and China are more active than Japan.


Despite ideal conditions with a maximum elevation angle of 84 degrees, I was only able to make contact with 6 stations on this pass.

Incidentally, if you enter your call sign in the CALL field at the bottom of the QSO log, it will record the call in a local ADIF file.
It automatically uploads to LoTW, Clublog, and eQSL in real time.
